Somehow, it worked and didn't show those "3s" anymore on the exported. I finally cleared the entire beat and re-inputted it into the score very carefully and zoomed in quite a bit. I had about 4 number 3s at the bottom of my page. I too have had this problem as well and it has cost me countless hours to figure it out and fix it.
